The team announced on Thursday that both Anthony Alfredo and Parker Retzlaff will return for another season. Alfredo will continue to drive the No. 96 Chevrolet Camaro while Retzlaff will continue to drive the No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro.

"So excited to announce that I will be back in the (No. 99) for (Viking Motorsports) next year," Retzlaff posted on X. "I can't thank all of my partners enough for making this happen.

"So much has been accomplished this year, with even more to be written in our story. Let's do this!"

Retzlaff, a Wisconsin native, joined Viking Motorsports this season, his fourth as a full-time driver in the secondary series. He took over the team's No. 99 entry and delivered a career season.

Retzlaff posted a career-best average finish of 13.5 this season while securing 12 top-10 finishes and four top-fives. He made the Chase, marking the first time for the young team.

Alfredo, a Connecticut native, also joined Viking Motorsports this season after parting ways with Young's Motorsports. He then proceeded to also post career-best numbers in multiple categories.

Alfredo has posted three top-five finishes and 10 top-10s. He has a career-high 23 lead-lap finishes and an average finish of 17.6. He missed the Chase, but he has kept the No. 96 team 16th in points.

Finishing inside the top 20 in points is an emphasis for the smaller teams on the grid, considering the money involved.

The extension with Viking Motorsports provides Alfredo with something he has not had before in his career — the chance to stick with one team for more than one season.

Alfredo previously ran a partial schedule in 2020 with Richard Childress Racing. He then spent the 2021 season in the Cup Series with Front Row Motorsports before going back to O'Reilly in 2022 to join Our Motorsports.

Alfredo spent 2023 with BJ McLeod Motorsports, 2024 with Our Motorsports, and 2025 with Young's Motorsports.

Now, however, Alfredo will have some consistency as he continues working with the same team and the same crew chief.
