According to a press release, Gragson will drive the No. 4 Ford Mustang Dark Horse in 2025 and beyond after signing a multi-year contract. He will join Todd Gilliland, who takes over the No. 34, and Zane Smith, who takes over the No. 38.

This answers a question that has lingered since July when Front Row Motorsports announced that it had added Gragson to the lineup on a multi-year deal. The organization also confirmed that Drew Blickensderfer will serve as the crew chief for the No. 4 team.

Blickensderfer told Catchfence in early November that he would continue his working relationship as Stewart-Haas Racing exited NASCAR, but Front Row Motorsports did not make it official until Jan. 3.

Four members of the former No. 10 team will follow Blickensderfer to Front Row Motorsports. This includes Interior Specialist Chris Trickett, Engine Tuner Matt Moeller, Engineer Dillon Silverman, and Transport Driver Matt Murphy.

"I'm grateful to have my crew chief, Drew, along with four members from last year's team join Front Row Motorsports," Gragson said in a press release. "This gives us a strong foundation to hit the ground running in the 2025 season."

Keeping Blickensderfer and Gragson together is crucial considering the strides that the Las Vegas native made after moving to Stewart-Haas Racing last season. He had the talent behind the wheel, but he didn't have a foundation of consistency and preparation to build upon.

Blickensderfer adjusted his daily schedule so that he could help Gragson with film study and other important processes. The result was a career season. Now the duo can continue working together while moving to a team on the rise.

The No. 4 was most recently on the door of Josh Berry's Cup Series car, but this number has been prominently featured throughout NASCAR history. The number has competed in 1,835 races with 114 drivers.

Kevin Harvick achieved the most with the number on his Stewart-Haas car. He won 37 of his 360 starts since taking over the number in 2014, and he finished top 10 in 235 races. Harvick also won the 2014 Cup Series championship.

Several other drivers celebrated wins in the No. 4. Rex White won 26 times while Ernie Irvan won seven times. Sterling Marlin won six times in the No. 4. Bob Welborn, Al Keller, John Soares, Billy Myers, Kasey Kahne, and Bobby Hamilton each won once with the No. 4.
