The Captain just keeps winning. Roger Penske has celebrated his team's second consecutive win in the Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway.

The final stretch of the prestigious endurance race featured two Porsche Penske race cars battling for the overall win at the Daytona Road Course. Matt Campbell was the driver in control of the No. 6 Porsche 963 as the clock ticked down, but he lost the lead to teammate Felipe Nasr in the No. 7 Porsche 963.
Nasr went on to win the Rolex 24 while Campbell and the No. 7 faded to third. Tom Blomqvist drove the No. 60 Acura ARX-06 to a runner-up finish for Acura Meyer Shank Racing w/Curb Agajanian.
Nasr has now celebrated three Rolex 24 wins. Co-driver Nick Tandy has now celebrated two wins in the prestigious race. Co-driver Laurens Vanthoor won his first as part of the No. 7 team.

"It's amazing to see the work we've done with this Porsche program the last couple years, winning the (IMSA) championship last year, and with the relationship we have with Porsche, our organization, I'm thrilled," Penske said in victory lane, per the IMSA website.
"It was quite something there at the end!"
The Captain has celebrated numerous milestone wins in recent seasons across multiple motorsports series. The list includes three consecutive Cup Series championships (Joey Logano in 2022, '24, Ryan Blaney in '23), two consecutive Rolex 24 wins, two consecutive Indy 500 wins (Josef Newgarden in 2023-24), the 2024 IMSA GTP championship, and the 2024 WEC championship.
The prestigious race also featured other competitors from NASCAR. The Trackhouse Racing/TF Sport entry featuring Connor Zilisch and Shane van Gisbergen finished ninth in the GTD Pro division.
The No. 64 Multimatic Motorsports entry featuring Austin Cindric as one of the drivers finished third in the GTD Pro division. The No. 65 Multimatic Motorsports entry won the GTD Pro division.
The Forte Racing Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 featuring Parker Kligerman as one of the drivers finished 11th in the GTD class.
