According to Front Row Motorsports, Gilliland will move from the No. 38 Ford to the flagship No. 34 Ford. He will replace Michael McDowell as the veteran driver moves to Spire Motorsports.
Additionally, Gilliland will have Love's Travel Stops as his primary sponsor for more than half of the season. He will follow his father, David, who first drove the Love's entry for Front Row Motorsports back in 2013.
Gilliland, who is FRM's longest-tenured driver, has previously featured Love's as a primary sponsor. He drove the No. 38 Ford F-150 during the 2021 Truck Series season. Speedco, a part of the Love's family, served as his primary sponsor for the majority of the season.

"It is really humbling to race the No. 34 Love's Travel Stops Ford Mustang beginning next season," Gilliland said in a statement. "It's just another cool moment in my career to race for a company that represented my father at FRM. The 34 Ford is what started FRM in the Cup Series and there is a lot of history with Love's, FRM, and my family. I still remember watching my dad race the Love's Ford."
"I do not take this next step lightly. I have seen the rise of the team and the new level of expectations. It is an honor that Love's is putting their trust in me to continue to grow this team and compete for wins and get into the playoffs. I am gracious for this opportunity and look forward to 2025."
Front Row Motorsports has more news to announce ahead of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. The team still has to reveal the number that will be on Noah Gragson's door as he moves to the team from Stewart-Haas Racing.
Additionally, FRM still has to name its third driver, set its crew chief lineup, and reveal the rest of the primary and associate sponsors.
