According to an announcement, the crew chief lineup will change slightly. Chief among them will be Jeff Hensley moving to the No. 15 team and Tanner Gray. He guided Taylor Gray to the Round of 8 last season. They nearly reached the Championship 4.

Hensley has 33 wins split between the Craftsman Truck Series and the Xfinity Series. He won the 1990 Xfinity championship while guiding Chuck Brown.

With Hensley joining forces with the elder Gray, a new person will take over the No. 17 team. Jerame Donley will take on this role as he returns to the pit box. Donley was the crew chief for Gray for the first 16 races last season, but he took a step back after Richmond to focus on engineering.

This was not a demotion, as Tricon explained. The team said that it remained high on Donley as a crew chief moving forward. This was an accurate statement as Donley will now guide rookie Gio Ruggiero.

Toni Breidinger, the other rookie full-time driver, will work with Derek Smith on the No. 5 team. Smith has spent the last two seasons working with Dean Thompson, who will not return to Tricon in 2025. The duo combined for two top-five finishes and 11 top-10s in two seasons.

Scott Zipadelli will also return to Tricon in 2025 as he remains the crew chief for the No. 11 team. The championship-winning crew chief has spent the last two seasons with Corey Heim and has celebrated nine wins. The No. 11 team reached the Championship 4 in both seasons but fell short of the title each time.

The four full-time driver-crew chief pairings will contend for the driver's championship in 2025. The fifth entry will compete for the owner's championship as it features multiple drivers.

Jake Hampton will serve as the crew chief for this entry as he returns to Tricon Garage. Hampton previously worked with Tanner Gray for one race in 2022 and Taylor Gray for 10 races in 2023. His best result as a crew chief was second at Kansas Speedway.
