This massive group of fans took part in the signature row while showcasing a sea of red in the heart of the Big Apple. Someone beat a drum and then the entire crowd chanted while making a rowing motion. They sat in a Viking longboat formation, as if to show that they were channeling their ancestors and journeying across the ocean.

Shortly after this group row, Norway took to the pitch to face off with Senegal. The team went out and delivered a big performance at Gillette Stadium to secure the 3-2 win.

Erling Haaland put on a show for the avid fans. He scored two goals, reaching four total in the World Cup. He became the second player in the last 50 years to score twice in each of his first two games. He joined Harry Kane, who pulled off the feat in 2018.

Once the game ended, the team took part in the signature row. Haaland and his teammates sat down on the pitch and lined up in the Viking longboat formation. Martin Odegaard led the chant as he pounded the drum.

"I saw it online; it's gone completely viral," Haaland told Fox Sports after the win. "Martin asked me before the game: 'Do you think we should join in?' I said, 'If we win, let's do it, why not?'"

With the win and the row complete, Norway will now move on to the knockout round. It will face off with France on Friday, June 26, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Haaland said that France will probably defeat Norway and win the World Cup, but his team could still pull off the upset. If this happens, the fans and the players will certainly take part in the row celebration yet again.
