The neighbor, identified as Ronnie Taylor, told TMZ the situation began over concerns about Ritchson riding a motorbike at high speeds through a residential neighborhood in the Nashville area. Taylor said the two exchanged gestures Saturday before the situation escalated the following day.

Taylor claims he approached Ritchson on Sunday and asked him to slow down, at which point the interaction turned physical. He alleges Ritchson struck him multiple times, including while he was on the ground.
Video obtained by TMZ shows the two men fighting in the street, with two children nearby on motorbikes.
Ritchson's side tells a different story. Sources close to the actor say he did not initiate the confrontation and was pushed off his bike twice before the fight began.
Law enforcement confirmed there is an active investigation. No arrests have been made.
Taylor told authorities he suffered bruising and swelling but did not seek hospital treatment.
Ritchson rose to prominence in Blue Mountain State, a college football-themed series that developed a strong following, before later starring in Amazon's Reacher.
The investigation remains ongoing.
