ESPN NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller is facing another legal issue, this one stemming from the horrific car crash that nearly killed him earlier this summer.

Miller has been charged with a misdemeanor count of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway in connection with the June 17 crash in Missouri, according to multiple reports.
The accident happened on a state highway near Joplin. According to TMZ, Miller was driving a 2023 Ford Bronco when his vehicle crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming semi-truck.
Dash-cam footage captured the crash, which was violent enough to eject Miller from his vehicle.
The injuries were devastating. Miller, 42, suffered a compound fracture of his left femur, a shattered kneecap, multiple broken ribs and significant blood loss. Doctors ultimately amputated his left arm while performing life-saving surgery.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
Miller later said he was "incredibly fortunate" to have survived and announced that he would step away from his role at ESPN indefinitely while recovering.
Now he'll also have a court case to deal with.
Miller is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 21. The Class A misdemeanor could carry up to a year in jail and a fine if he's convicted.
The charge also arrives as Miller faces scrutiny over a separate matter.
Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway recently launched an investigation into allegations involving fantasy football leagues organized by Miller. Participants have alleged that winnings from some of those leagues were never paid.
Those complaints began surfacing online following Miller's accident.
ESPN has said it plans to address the situation at an appropriate time. Miller remains on leave from the network as he continues his recovery.
So what began as a frightening story about Miller's health has become considerably more complicated in the weeks since.
