NBC analyst Rodney Harrison had an odd moment on the "Sunday Night Football" pregame show when he briefly froze up while breaking down Washington's defense. Harrison started to answer a question from Jac Collinsworth, stopped mid-sentence, mumbled something, then apologized on-air.

"I forgot the ... I'm sorry," Harrison said before Collinsworth reset the question. Harrison tried again, paused a second time, then offered a short answer about Washington's lack of defensive discipline. "That's it. I'm sorry, guys."
Fans noticed right away. "Something not right with Rodney Harrison tonight," one viewer posted with a clip. Another wrote, "Someone should check on that man."
Some wondered if it was the cold at Northwest Stadium in Maryland, where temperatures were in the upper 30s. Others guessed a producer may have been talking into his earpiece at the wrong moment.

Awful Announcing later reported that Harrison was fine and returned for the postgame show without issue.
On the field, the Broncos beat the Commanders 27-26 in an overtime thriller to run their win streak to nine. Washington played without rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, who remains out with a dislocated elbow. Marcus Mariota stepped in and threw for two touchdowns and one interception.
Harrison is a two-time Super Bowl champion who spent 15 seasons with the Chargers and Patriots before joining NBC after his retirement in 2009.
