Juno Temple found more than a hit TV show while working on Ted Lasso. She found her husband.

Temple, 37, revealed that she quietly married Michal Szymanski, whom she met while filming the second season of the Apple TV comedy in 2021.
"I got married," Temple announced during an appearance on Virgin Radio UK's TFI Unplugged podcast alongside Ted Lasso costars Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham and Brendan Hunt.
The announcement immediately drew applause from the group.
Temple didn't reveal exactly when the wedding took place, saying only that it happened "in the last two years," during the three-year break between Seasons 3 and 4 of Ted Lasso.
Their relationship has a pretty good origin story, too. Szymanski was working as Waddingham's driver when he and Temple met. Temple actually asked Waddingham for permission to ask him out.
"She said, 'Can I ask him on a date?'" Waddingham recalled. "I was like, 'Yes, you can. He's gorgeous.'"
Apparently, Waddingham did more than grant permission. Temple joked that Waddingham and Szymanski developed a "secret code" that allowed Temple to meet up with them while Waddingham's appointments mysteriously ran long.
Temple and Szymanski began making public appearances together in 2022 but have largely kept their relationship private. The newlyweds have also purchased a house together, though Temple didn't reveal where.
Waddingham certainly approves of how things turned out.
"They are the greatest oxygen to each other," she said. "Beautiful, beautiful."
So Ted Lasso gave Temple an Emmy-nominated role, a worldwide hit and, as it turns out, a husband. Not a bad few seasons at work.
