When Najee Harris's said last week that he would make his college decision immediately after the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Saturday, his recruitment seemed to be setting up for a dramatic twist.

But the only surprise is that there wasn't one. The nation's number one running back recruit will enroll at Alabama, staying true to his verbal commitment to the Tide from way back in April of 2015, despite efforts from Jim Harbaugh and Michigan to steal him away. And then, there is this interesting tidbit from Chris Kirscher of SEC Country:
The 6-3, 226 pound Harris is in the same mold as last year's Heisman Trophy-winning Tide running back Derrick Henry, and this year's bruiser, Bo Scarbrough. And that could spell trouble for the rest of the SEC.

Harris adds another five-star talent to a Tide backfield already brimming with elite runners. There's also Damien Harris, a sophomore and former five-star recruit, and class of 2017 four-star running back commit Brian Robinson.
Harris's arrival in Tuscaloosa also gives Alabama its sixth five-star running back since 2009, which ties them with Oklahoma for the most in the past 15 years.
