The two teams expected to make trade offers for Romo are the Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans. The Texans just traded Brock Osweiler to Cleveland..
Romo wants to play for a contender, and both the Texans and the Broncos have the defense and receiving corps to contend for a Super Bowl with Romo at the helm.
