Everyone knows that Herman is the top choice and according to the sportsbook Bovada, he's the only candidate. In an email with the title of "Tom Herman is the only person with a chance to become the next Texas Coach according to the Oddsmakers," Bovada.lv revealed that the current Houston head coach is the overwhelming favorite to replace Strong. Actually, he's the only coach listed.
From the release:
Will Tom Herman be the coach of the Texas Longhorns for the 2017 season?
Yes -500 (1/5)
No +300 (3/1)

That's a pretty strong take from the sportsbook. It should also be noted that LSU could potentially go after Herman if gunning for Jimbo Fisher doesn't pan out for them. So maybe listing Herman as the only candidate isn't the greatest idea, but there will definitely be plenty of people taking the bet one way or the other.
