After starting out 2-4 on the season, Kelly has been generous in spreading the blame round the Notre Dame locker room. It looks like things got worse on Saturday, as Kelly reportedly got in a "heat exchange" with a Stanford strength and conditioning coach after the Irish suffered their fifth loss of the season.

With a 2-5 start, and with Kelly hilariously failing the battle of public relations, it looks like the coach's time in South Bend could be limited. A coach can survive a bad season, but a bad season with sketchy behavior? That kind of coach isn't going to have a ton of leeway.
