He's been talked about as a potential first-rounder throughout his career, but this season he took a step back in most analysts' opinion. He threw more picks and his decision-making wasn't up to snuff in their eyes.

Swinney makes some great points about how he has all the intangibles and always shows up in big games. Watson has also made some mistakes, but a lot of that is because the offensive line wasn't as good this year and the run game didn't give him as much at times so he was forced to throw more often than he probably would have liked. Behind a legitimate O-Line, you can expect Watson to be a much better passer.
