According to a report from the Dallas Morning News:
"West discovered the 6,400-square-foot home "littered with trash and feces, missing blinds and shutters, with cracked windows and blackened carpeting" after Bryant moved out in January, and his lawyers say Bryant refuses to accept responsibility for the damage."
Because of the damages, West reportedly had to repaint the house, clean or replace all flooring, replace doors and windows, totalling $61,546.77 worth of damages, per the report.
Cowboys employees told the Dallas Morning News at one point that up to 10 people were living in the home Bryant was renting out.
