Early in the first quarter, the No. 4 overall selection added to his legacy, topping Tony Dorsett's 1977 team rookie record of 1,007 yards. Elliott needed just three yards to break the record, and he'll absolutely shatter it if he continues the pace that he's on.
Elliott became just the third rookie in NFL history to eclipse 1,000 yards in nine games, joining Eric Dickerson (1,096) and Adrian Peterson (1,081), per ESPN.
Elliott needs just over 800 yards in the final six games to break Dickerson's rookie record of 1,808 yards.
