Five-star forward P.J. Washington trims list to 8

And the list dwindles...

P.J. Washington is a rising star in the class of 2017 and is considered one of the best power forwards in the class. He can post smaller defenders, can take bigger guys off the dribble and is an absolute workhorse on the boards. He averaged 17.4 points, 10.9 boards and 1.1 steals per game in the Nike EYBL over the summer.

The 6'9", 225-pound forward recently dropped a top 13 list and has trimmed five schools off that list to narrow it down to quite the elite eight.

The Frisco, Texas native is headed to Findlay Prep in Las Vegas for his senior year of high school. The school has produced players like Nick Johnson (Arizona), Avery Bradley (Celtics), Tristan Thompson (Cavaliers) and Cory Joseph (Raptors) so Washington is in pretty good hands.
