Jameis Winston has had a prolific career in the short two years he's been in Tampa Bay. Last season he threw 22 touchdowns as a rookie and in his ninth game of his sophomore season he's already thrown No. 18 on the year, which gives him 40 total because of math. Here's the pass itself:

Why's the pass so special? Winston just became the youngest player to throw 40 TDs and is making some pretty good progress towards becoming one of the best young players in the game.
That TD pass by Jameis Winston makes him the youngest player in NFL history to throw 40 touchdown passes. #CHIvsTB

Winston is used to setting records considering he set quite a few at Florida State. He had the most passing TDs in ACC history in 2013 and had the most total yards in the conference in 2013 and 2014. So Winston clearly knows how to make and break some records.
