Louisville cornerback Shaq Wiggins is on the move yet again after transferring there in 2013 from Georgia. Wiggins tweeted out a message to his followers about the transfer, but it looks like he doesn't know where he will end up quite yet:

Wiggins has already earned a bachelor's degree so he will become a graduate transfer and thus be able to play right away wherever he goes. It's not too big a stretch to think that he will end up in the SEC again as he reportedly followed defensive coordinator Todd Grantham to Louisville and could follow him to Mississippi State now.
Wiggins earned honorable All-ACC mention in 2015, but didn't get much of a chance to improve on that campaign because of injuries last season. He has 57 total tackles in his career with 4.5 tackles for loss and four interceptions.
