Four-star defensive end Donovan Jeter decommitted from Notre Dame just days before he bounced to Michigan.

And while Jeter admits he made his original decision too quickly, part of it boiled down to the team's records (Michigan is undefeated while Notre Dame is 2-5) and part of it was just the style differences between Jim Harbaugh and Brian Kelly, per Post-Gazette.
"Jeter said Harbaugh "might be the coolest dude I ever met in my life."
Jeter elaborated, saying, "He doesn't act like he's important. ... He's real down to earth and humble. He's easy to talk to. Talking to Brian Kelly wasn't fun. It wasn't cool. You have to make an appointment just to go to his office. Coach Harbaugh has an open-door policy. Every one of Michigan's coaches has an open-door policy."
Oh, and Harbaugh evidently picked up recruits in a van at midnight to take them back to their hotel after stepping onto campus Saturday night with current players.
The No. 11 strongside defensive end in the country has since apologized for his comments:
Notre Dame is still No. 6 on 247sports recruiting rankings, but you have to wonder how many recruits pay attention to what their peers are saying. Can Kelly's straight-laced demeanor keep up with the wackiness of Harbaugh and others across the country?
As of now, Michigan ranks No. 9.
