New York Giants kicker Josh Brown admitted to physically and emotionally abusing his now ex-wife, Molly, according to entries in journals, emails and letters turned over to the police.

Brown was arrested in May 2015 and was charged with fourth-degree domestic violence assault. He served a one game suspension at the beginning of the year, but remains on the Giants' roster and has even received support from coach Ben McAdoo and owner John Mara.
Brown only being suspended one game is embarrassing for the NFL, but it shouldn't come as a surprise given how Roger Goodell has treated domestic violence suspensions in the past.
