It looks like one of the top recruits of the 2018 recruiting class has already narrowed his search to five schools.

Four-star quarterback Dakereon Joyner (6-foot-2, 200 pounds, North Charleston, SC) took a big step forward in his recruiting process on Saturday when he released this list of his Top 5 schools.

Those five schools: Louisville, South Carolina, N.C. State, Georgia, and Virginia Tech. Interestingly enough, 247Sports lists Clemson as one of the favorites for Joyner, but the Tigers aren't on this list at all.
Joyner is a dual-threat quarterback, and right now, it looks like he could be leaning towards South Carolina. If so, he would be a huge pickup for Will Muschamp and the Gamecocks.
