Alabama is once again the SEC Champion after beating Florida 54-16 in Atlanta on Saturday and the swirling speculation about what offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin might do after the season and his current contract are up. Saban said that he's been helping Kiffin to try and become a head coach, but he probably wouldn't mind having Kiffin back on his own sidelines either.

It's sounding like that might be a possibility. While Kiffin is rumored to be at the forefront of a couple of different coaching searches —- LSU as an offensive coordinator and Houston as the head coach —- he hasn't exactly ruled out returning to Alabama. Asked whether he sees any circumstance in which he would be at Alabama for another season, Kiffin said, "Yeah, I sure do."

Kiffin has already said that he will stick with the team through however many postseason games the team plays including a possible National Championship Game. Saban has also given Kiffin about as glowing a recommendation as he can for him to become a head coach again saying he's "absolutely" ready to take on the challenge again.
