Houston beat writer thinks coaching decision will be made 'by Thursday or Friday'

This week should be fun.

Right now Les Miles is the betting favorite to win the Houston head coaching job despite reports saying that Lane Kiffin is likely to get the job. To give us a clearer picture, ESPN's Paul Finebaum brought on Houston beat writer Joseph Duarte to shed some light on what he's hearing.

Duarte is saying that you shouldn't put your money on Miles and should be winning your Lane Kiffin betting money fairly soon.

Kiffin has expressed interest in staying on with Alabama through the postseason so even if the announcement is made this week, he likely won't start recruiting until January or he will somehow have to find a way to do it in between bowl practices.
