Louisville has had plenty of its own issues in the last few years with the escort scandal and a potential punishment from the notice of allegations the school has received. It seems the Cardinals can't stay out of trouble either as junior Jaylen Johnson is in a bit of trouble.

Johnson pleased guilty to possession of marijuana earlier in the week and according to WDRB, Johnson agreed to pay a fine as a result of the citation. From the WDRB report:
Johnson, 20, was pulled over March 22 for not having a visible license plate, according to a citation. The vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana, police said.
An officer searched the vehicle and found a Gatorade bottle with a suspected plastic bag of marijuana inside.
On Monday, Johnson agreed to pay a fine of $260. He has a court hearing on April 24 to determine if he has paid the fine.
During his junior campaign, Johnson averaged 8 points and 5.8 rebounds on 20 minutes played per game. He shot nearly 60 percent from the field. He will likely be a big time scorer for this team next year as his minutes and role is going to be expand.
