A highly-touted quarterback/athlete recruit from the 2017 class has made up his mind about where he'll go to college. The No. 3 ranked athlete in the country Tray Bishop (6-foot-3, 193 pounds, Dawson, Ga.) announced his verbal commitment to Auburn on Monday, as first reported by 247Sports. Bishop chose Auburn over over both Florida and Georgia.

"Breaking it down with my top three, Auburn topped the list with their honesty and my relationship with the coaches — and the playing time I could get my freshman year," Bishop said via 247Sports."
Bishop is the 12th commitment for Auburn's 2017 class The Tigers ho moved from 18th to No. 13 in the 247Sports recruiting team rankings after the commitment. He is listed as an athlete, but he's expected to compete for the Tigers' starting quarterback job during his career at Auburn.
