James Cook is taking after his brother in that he's a five-star running back and is likely headed to Florida State. He's already made his commitment to Florida State, but is still taking visits. He was at The Opening Nike event in Miami where the Sun Sentinel's David Furones got a hold of him and asked what his plans are going forward after that.

So clearly, the younger Cook wants to end up like his brother, but is still going through his due diligence. 80 percent surely is better than nothing and the Seminoles already have his verbal commitment so that must account for something you would imagine. The 5'11", 190-pound Cook —- the No. 3 running back in the country —- has offers from Oregon, Michigan, Alabama and USC among others.
