Leonard Fournette is basically a one-man wrecking crew when he steps on the football field and is more often than not the best player on the field when he's on it. However, he wasn't quite able to carry his team to an SEC title game last season because of some other offensive issues that were out of his control.

ESPN analyst Tom Luginbill thinks it may be difficult for the Tigers and Fournette to accomplish the lofty goals they've set for themselves with tough games at the end of the schedule against Alabama, Ole Miss and Arkansas. In those three games last year, Fournette only mustered 230 rushing yards total and that concerns Luginbill.
"My biggest concern is Les Miles," Luginbill said on ESPN The Zone 105.9 with Bo Bounds, "because he refuses to makes adjustments and allow his quarterback to be the player he is capable of being, which in turn have a negative effect on the running back position. If you're not willing to make adjustments, you're not willing to tweak, you're not willing to open things up and take the attention off your workhorse you are going to become one-dimensional once again you're going to be athletically better than everybody you play outside of two or three teams so you'll beat all those teams and you'll struggle against teams that can match up with you athletically.
While many people are more than willing to throw quarterback Brandon Harris under the bus, Luginbill is confident in the former highly-ranked QB. Miles will likely find himself on the hot seat if he can't fix his team's late-game woes and get to the SEC title game this year.
