Only one NFL team hasn’t had a player arrested since 2014

Only one team has had zero arrests since 2014.

There is only one team in the NFL that hasn't had a player arrested since 2014. Even the most die hard NFL fan probably wouldn't guess the correct team if they had 10 guesses.

After Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette was arrested on Monday, the Oakland Raiders are the only team without an arrest over the last three years.

The last Raiders player that was arrested was running back Kory Sheets in March 2014, who never played a down for the franchise. Sheets was arrested for possession of marijuana, though the charges were dropped.

Aldon Smith is a member of the Raiders, and he was detained after being involved in an accident in which the driver of the vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. Smith was intoxicated as well, but he was just a passenger, and he wasn't arrested.

The Indianapolis Colts led all teams in arrests since 2015 with seven, while the Green Bay Packers have had six. The San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams and Baltimore Ravens have each had five arrests.

Numerous teams have only had one arrest, and the Raiders are the only team with zero.

The Raiders' lack of off-the-field issues is a testament to general manager Reggie McKenzie drafting and signing the right players, and it has also translated to on-field success for the Raiders.

Oakland went 12-4 in 2016, and they will be among the favorites in the AFC next season with Derek Carr and Khalil Mack leading the way.
