Quarterback position under evaluation after another poor Luke Del Rio outing

It's about time.

Florida's offense has been stagnant at best this season and has been truly atrocious the past few games. That goes back to quarterback play and it has been just awful. Luke Del Rio was supposedly chosen as the starter for his good decision-making, but has yet to show that.

Del Rio has 2 touchdowns and 6 interceptions in the last three games. When asked about the quarterback situation, coach Jim McElwain said that he did consider yanking Del Rio at one point during the game against Arkansas.

Del Rio went 11-21 for 117 yards and his first throw was a pick-six against the Razorbacks.
