Just over a year ago, Jameis Winston was preparing for the NFL scouting combine after bouncing from Florida State when a photo spread that depicted the quarterback as out of shape and overweight.
Fast forward to this summer, after a standout rookie season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the sophomore quarterback has reportedly lost 20 pounds in an incredible transition, per ESPN.
His trainer, Tim Grover, has reportedly trimmed Winston's diet to not eating after 7 p.m., cut out fatty foods like potato chips and of course tough training sessions.
It appears Winston is more than ready to take another step forward with one of the better young teams in the NFC.
