Florida coach Mike White returns some good players this upcoming season in Chris Chiozza, Devin Robinson, KeVaughn Allen and John Egbunu. The Gators also managed to nab the best graduate transfer on the market in Canyon Barry, son of Hall of Famer and "The Logo" Rick Barry. They also got Jalen Hudson from Virginia Tech who will be eligible for the 2017-18 season, but the Gators just got some bad news in regards to an incoming freshman.

Gorjok Gak is a four-star center out of Bradenton, Florida and he has been ruled ineligible to play by the NCAA. However, he was allowed to enroll in the school and will be on campus as a freshman this season. The 6'11", 205-pound big man will be allowed to participate in all basketball-related activities except for games.

Gak averaged 13.8 points and 9.3 rebounds last season at Victory Rock High School. He signed with the Gators in April after being released from a national letter of intent he signed with Oklahoma State last November. He requested his release from the Cowboys because the school fired coach Travis Ford.
