A bold move.

According to sources that spoke with GoVols247, Hulen announced during a staff meeting on Monday that he's leaving for a similar role at Florida State. He is expected to become the executive vice president of Seminole Boosters at Florida State.

He joined the athletic department in February of 2005 and has "been the lead development officer on several seven-figure leadership gifts," according to his Tennessee bio. The school has seen three senior associate athletic directors leave recently including two in the transition from Dave Hart to John Currie while another left last fall.
