Gillaspia is the honorary 12th man who received a scholarship after becoming a walk-on and he laid some lumber on Evan Berry on a kick return.

That hit doesn't seem any worse than what happened Berry on his return, but apparently it was enough for the SEC officials to call a targeting penalty and eject Warrior from the game. That didn't seem like a helmet-to-helmet hit and it came from the front rather than the back or the side so it should be considered clean. This is reason #487 why the targeting rule is one of the worst in the game.
