The Cowboys are reeling after Dez Bryant was injured at training camp

Dreadful news for Bryant.

Oft-injured star wide receiver Dez Bryant is once again dealing with a setback, only this time it's a concussion suffered in training camp on Monday.

Bryant will be held out of the team's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, but the veteran wideout claimed he was okay:

Over his career, Bryant has close to 6,000 yards and 59 touchdowns.

The former first-round pick has been plagued with foot and ankle problems since 2010, suffering an ankle fracture, a foot sprain and a fractured foot twice.

If the Cowboys are to take a step forward and back to the playoffs, Dallas will need a healthy Bryant.

There is currently no timetable for his return, but he's likely to miss the rest of the preseason in preparation for the September 11 regular-season opener against the New York Giants.
