Leary started 13 games for the Cowboys in 2016, and he is expected to replace Michael Schofield at right guard for the Broncos.
Pro Football Focus ranked Leary as the No. 24 guard out of 74 guards last season.
The Cowboys are expected to use La'el Collins at guard as Leary's replacement.
