The nation's longest home winning streak was just snapped on unreal kick

OH MY!

No. 12 Florida State (3-2, 0-2) hosted North Carolina (4-1, 2-0) and could have extended the nation's longest home winning streak to 23 games. The Seminoles had it in the bag with this incredible run from redshirt freshman quarterback Deondre Francois to go up 35-34.

The reason the game wasn't tied was because FSU was able to block UNC's last PAT after a touchdown. It looked a little like this:

UNC should have been dead in the water after that play and with so little time on the clock. However, a pass interference call gave the Tar Heels some life and good enough field position to throw their kicker out there in an attempt to win the game. With four seconds on the clock and Nick Weiler attempting the longest kick of his career.

Not only did he absolutely nail the 54-yard kick, but gave us the greatest celebration we've ever seen with the Tomahawk Chop around the whole field! That's how you win in style and it gave UNC coach Larry Fedora his best win since he took the job in 2012.
