It's official, the College Football Playoff has released its Top 4 and this is a result that is going to be talked about for a while.
The Top 4 by seed:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Ohio State
4. Washington
Penn State, which beat Wisconsin to win the Big Ten title game on Saturday, gets left out in favor of 11-1 Ohio State. Penn State does have a win over Ohio State, but it looks like the losses to Pitt and Michigan were too much to overcome.
Alabama will now play Washington in the Peach Bowl, while Clemson and Ohio State get the Fiesta Bowl.
Penn State will head to the Rose Bowl, where they will likely face off against USC. There is definitely going to be a lot of pressure on the Nittany Lions to win that game, as they will be on a vendetta to prove that they were deserving of a Playoff spot.
