If Brady did suffer a concussion and the New England Patriots failed to report it, then the franchise could be severely penalized by the NFL.
Brady's agent, Don Yee, told ESPN that his client did not in fact suffer a concussion last season.

"Tom was not diagnosed with a concussion last year," Yee said. "Many of the protocols and safeguards still are evolving, and it's obviously a good thing the organization and everyone close to him is vigilant and always looking out for his health."
Brady's wife, on CBS This Morning, said the quarterback suffered a concussion last year, and that set off a flurry of activity and statements from the NFLPA and the NFL vowing to get to the truth. the NFL, for example, said it would take a closer look at injury reports from the New England Patriots, and all reports about Brady filed by brain specialists and the spotters who worked NFL games last season for the Patriots, CBS reported.
Brady wasn't listed on an injury report for a head injury last year.
It doesn't look like this story is going away anytime soon.
