This is the biggest fear for every coach in spring practice: a simple drill gone wrong.

Arkansas running back Rawleigh Williams is one of the top players in the SEC, rushing for 1,360 yards and 12 touchdowns last year for the Razorbacks. However, Williams had to be stretchered off the field during spring practices after he was tackled during a drill before a scrimmage.
According to Michael Bratton of Saturday Down South, it was later indicated that Williams had suffered a stinger and was moving all of his extremities after being taken to the hospital.
This is not the first time that Williams has suffered a neck injury, as he missed part of his freshman year after going down with an injury against Auburn. Williams had to undergo surgery before he was able to return last year, where he had his breakout season as a starter.
This story will be updated as more information is learned on Williams' condition.
