USF makes embarrassing error in its pitch to the Big 12

Someone grab the spell-check!

This isn't the way you want to make an impression.

Some of South Florida's promotional material for Big 12 expansion was leaked on Tuesday, and it looks like your standard stuff. "Our program can be a valued member of your conference, blah blah blah..."; that kind of jargon.

Apparently the Bulls ignored the spell-check in their word-processor, as there was a rather embarrassing typo in one of the opening paragraphs.

Yeah, probably not the best time to make a "reasearch" error when you are trying to expound on the qualities of your university.

As imagined, Twitter had fun with the typo.

Maybe next time, South Florida.

Update: They fixed it!
