Josh Allen doesn't care about what you or other players think about him.

The Buffalo Bills quarterback found himself atop some rather interesting polls among NFL players across the league. He was voted the most overrated quarterback in the league, as well as the biggest trash talker among QBs in the league.
While some people would be offended to be called a fraud of sorts, Allen is embracing the honor.
"My reaction is, I'm not mad that 11 players not on my team don't like me," he said during an interview with Adam Schein on Mad Dog Sports Radio. "So that's number one. I actually think that's a term of endearment. When other players don't like me that means I'm doing something the right way."
Josh Allen received 11 votes total among the 100 NFL players polled, which was only one more vote than both Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa. Overrated is a term not often thought of when talking about the Bills star. He was fourth in passing yards and fifth in passing touchdowns last season while running for 15 scores, which was second in the entire NFL behind only running back Raheem Mostert.

In addition to the dubious honor, the Wyoming product was labeled as the biggest trash talker. This one's not a big deal to Allen, either. He had nine more votes than the next closest, Baker Mayfield. Allen even shared a gif on X to express how little he cared about the title, in fact, he embraced the recognition.
In total, Josh Allen, who was the Madden 24 cover athlete, has made two Pro Bowls since entering the league in 2018. He also was as second team All-Pro in 2020. The blemish on Allen has been his and Buffalo's lack of playoff success. He has led the team to a playoff spot in five straight seasons but has only once made it past the Divisional Round, eventually losing to Kansas City in the 2020 AFC Championship Game. The last two seasons they have been knocked out of the playoffs despite being the higher seed, which certainly leaves a tarnish on whether or not Allen has the capability of taking his team over the hump.
