Simone Biles dropped in to Soldier Field on Sunday to watch the Chicago Bears defend home turf against the LA Rams
Biles Shared Moment With Husband Before Game
Biles' husband, Bears defensive back Jonathan Owens is in his first year with the team. The 11x Olympic medalist planted a kiss on her husband as the couple shared a sweet moment before Sunday's game:
Biles rocked a stylish cropped Bears sweater with a white leather mini skirt and matching knee-high boots. She shook up a storm among Chicago fans earlier in the season when she wore a custom jacket in support of her husband Jonathan Owens. The jacket featured an image of the defensive back in his old Green Bay Packers jersey.
She joked that it wouldn't happen again and stayed true to her word on Sunday.
Simone Biles looked to support her husband before her performance at the United Center later that night. The gymnast is in town for her Gold Over America Tour, traveling the country with the likes of Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles and Hezly Rivera. The world champions are displaying their athletic abilities in the hopes of encouraging young kids around the country. Carey was among the famous names accompanying Biles at the Bears game.
Owens visited Biles on Saturday as she prepared for her performance at Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum.
Former Eagles Star Admits Doubts About Gymnast
Biles was one of the stars at this month's Olympics. But she did have some doubters. Retired Super Bowl champion Jason Kelce revealed he had doubts Biles' before the games started.
Kelce explained that the source of his doubt came from the fact that she has gotten older and was going up against much younger competition.
"We watched like every [Team USA gymnastics] girl go and do the floor routine and Simone Biles was the last person and I'm like, you know she's getting older. She's a little bit... we'll see how she looks," Jason said.
The standout tight end for the Chiefs voiced his disapproval at his brother's thought process surrounding Biles and her abilities, but Jason continued: 'I did think that! If you go look at the age of gymnasts, they're usually not in their mid-20s to late 20s. They're usually young. They usually don't age and sustain well later.'
