Sky Daily, the widow of Hulk Hogan, is preparing to take legal action. Per TMZ Sports, Daily plans to file a medical malpractice lawsuit tied to Hogan's death, believing a neck surgery the wrestling legend underwent in May played a role in his decline.

At the time, the procedure was described as successful. But just weeks later, radio host Bubba the Love Sponge claimed Hogan was "on his deathbed." It was a report that, sadly, turned out to be true.
Hogan died on July 24 at his home in Clearwater, Florida, at age 71. The official cause was listed as a heart attack, but Daily and other family members requested their own autopsy.
Daily, Hogan's third wife, married him in September 2023, just two months after their engagement. Now she's reportedly pursuing a malpractice claim, with questions swirling around whether that surgery accelerated his health issues in his final months.
Hogan, born Terry Bollea, wasn't just a wrestler. He was the wrestler — a six-time WWF champion, six-time WCW champion, two-time WWE Hall of Famer, and the man whose "Hulkamania" persona defined pro wrestling's 1980s boom. He headlined eight of the first nine WrestleManias, helped launch the NWO as Hollywood Hogan in the '90s, and later returned to WWE to capture one last championship in 2002.
Outside the ring, he was everywhere — movies, TV, even music. From Rocky III to Hogan Knows Best, the Fu Manchu and bandana became pop-culture staples.
But in the end, Hogan's final months raise questions that will now play out in court. Sky Daily believes the surgery that was supposed to help instead hurt, and she's ready to put that argument to the test.
