Paul Finebaum has a completely new opinion after latest Da'Shawn Hand decision

Looks like Paul Finebaum is doing some backtracking.

Paul Finebaum was one of the first people to jump on Nick Saban and Alabama for not suspending Da'Shawn Hand when the initial arrest was reported. Now he's backtracking on his comments in light of new information and Saban's final decision to not suspend Hand for the team's first game of the season against Florida State.

There are certainly instances when it's acceptable to change an opinion in light of new information. However, Finebaum not sticking by his initial suspension talk is a little disappointing as the charge is still a DUI and he was still being irresponsible by drinking and getting in the car at all. Finebaum's bigger point was also that Saban has been soft in the past with not suspending players.

Finebaum had the chance to really knock Saban down a peg, but missed the opportunity.
