Brian Williams, a five-star safety, has officially announced his decision to go play for the Texas A&M Aggies. He did so as do all the cool kids in 2018, on the mean streets of Twitter.

A 6-foot, 185-pound marvel, he also strongly considered offers from Texas, Stanford and Notre Dame, and other blue-blood programs.
According to 247Sports, Williams is the No. 1 ranked safety in the 2019 recruiting class. For those unaware of how math works, that is considered the best possible outcome for a player to be ranked at for his position.
As a junior in high school, Williams intercepted five passes. He picked off eight the year before as a sophomore.
This is huge news as the Aggies transition into a new era of football. Following the firing of Kevin Sumlin, Texas A&M lured Jimbo Fisher away from Florida State. Fisher will reportedly get a raise in College Station with what's been said to be a 10-year contract worth $75 million.
Fisher was 83-23 in his eight seasons in Tallahassee, including one national title that he won. That was in 2013, with Jameis Winston playing the role of signal-caller.
Nevertheless, a big commitment for the Aggies over the weekend. It's certainly something to get excited about if you're a fan of Texas A&M football.
