Singer/songwriter Ciara and her NFL quarterback husband Russell Wilson were sitting courtside for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals matchup between the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers. The celebrity couple were with their son Future Jr., whose father is rapper Future.
To point out, Ciara, and Celtics player Al Horford oddly enough appeared in a music video together back in 2008, for the hit song 'Never Ever.' During the 2008-09 season, Horford, 37, was a 22-year-old at the time, and after being drafted with the third overall pick in the 2007 draft by the Atlanta Hawks, apparently he was doing side quests.
The NBA player's sister poked fun at the idea on X, of how random this collaboration was back in the day, considering the idea of her brother dancing with Ciara in her music video, that now has over 84 million views.

As his old friend Ciara looked on, Horford had his best performance of the playoffs so far; he scored 22 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, dished out five assists, and blocked three shots, in the Celtics 113-98 win over the Cavs. Boston will now move onto the Eastern Conference Finals, in which they will face either the Indiana Pacers or New York Knicks (NYK lead 3-2).
Ciara's husband Russell will be suiting up for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the upcoming 2024 NFL season, as he signed a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum ($1.2 million) this offseason. That is to say, don't worry about his low salary, I think him and his family will be able to get by just fine, as the QB will also still be getting paid this year, $37.79 million, by the Denver Broncos, who cut the 12-year veteran, after signing him to a 5-year/$245 million contract, following his 11-19 record the last two seasons.
Ciara, 38, and Russell, 35, who played for the Seahawks for 10 seasons, also made headlines yesterday, after they sold their Seattle home for a whopping $31 million dollars.
Also with attention to the buzz surrounding Ciara's ginormous purse last night, it appears the singer might have brought her carryon suitcase with her. Undoubtedly, she was breaking the TD Garden Arena's bag policy.
"Garden officials say any bag larger than 6 inches by 4 inches by 1.5 inches will not be allowed."
