Back in February, he was arrested for a DWI charge, and it was just recently found out, that five months after that, he had also been pulled over for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, according to TMZ.
Last month, Mahomes Sr. was pulled over and ticketed for this offense on June 29, at 8:30 pm CST, as stated in the police report. To point out, this also happened in Tyler, Texas, which is the same city as his "driving while intoxicated" incident.

His superstar quarterback son, was asked to speak on this right before the Super Bowl took place in February.
"He's doing good. I don't really want to get into it too much but he's doing good for whatever the situation is," Patrick told reporters. "It's a family matter, so I will just keep it to the family. That's all I really have to say at this point."
In regards to the details of the February arrest, Mahomes Sr. was driving with an open alcohol container (16-ounce Coors Beer), after he admitted, "had a few beers while watching a game at a local bar," which was a statement that the Smith County Sheriff's Office recorded.
Notably, this was the 53-year-old's third DWI arrest (2008, 2019), which according to state law, could be penalized by having up to a 10-year prison sentence. Nevertheless, just in the following week, he was at the Super Bowl to watch his son play, witnessing Mahomes Jr. winning his third championship.
Mahomes Sr. had an 11-year career as a MLB pitcher, playing for the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, and Pittsburgh Pirates. As a relief pitcher, he appeared in 308 games and had a 42-39 record, 452 strikeouts, to go with a 5.47 ERA and 1.59 WHIP in 709 innings pitched.
