Unfortunately, this resulted in one unlucky fan getting their hand blown off, while attempting to light a firework.

The guy wearing a Clayton Kershaw jersey was trying to ignite the fireworks, when all of the sudden it detonated, and he came out of the explosion with a tragic injury.
As the Dodgers fan was seen running away from the smoke, he was grimacing in pain and holding his left hand.
That is, both of his hands were seen bleeding, but the left one appeared to be missing some parts.
People were heard alerting others to call 911.
According to TMZ, a spokesperson from the LA Fire Department, said the first responders arrived at the fireworks accident scene around 2:30 am and rushed the victim to the local hospital.
In view of the injury update, it appears that he suffered debilitating injuries, however, the details have not been provided at this time.
The World Series victory celebrations will continue to kick off, hopefully without anymore people getting hurt.

Notably, even though this is the team's eighth title in franchise history, it will be the first time the Dodgers will celebrate with a parade in 36 years, as the last time was the 1988 World Series, when LA defeated the Oakland A's.
